• We have a large list of licensed, reasonably priced, skilled contractors

• 24/7 emergency calls

• Serve as your representation in Small Claims Court if a tenant defaults on their rent

• Keep accurate accounting records and pay all bills related to your property

• We direct deposit your profits into your bank account for the most timely payment of your profits 

• Provide monthly expense statements with copies of any bills for maintenance and repairs by email or mail

• Provide you a 1099 Income Tax Form

Our standard management fee is 10%. We offer discounts for some properties that are in high demand and are in excellent condition. Other factors can be considered for a one to two percent discount. Premium services call for additional charges. An example of premium services we offer is scheduled property visits with photo or video reports and can include changing filters and alarm batteries.
