  • Call us at                       (919) 933-1422 and make an appointment to look at our available rentals.
  • Print theApplication Form. Fill it out.   Hand it in along with a $25 Application Fee Per Adult  to our office:130 South Estes Drive for approval.
  • Review our Sample Lease.
  • Sign a Lease at our office.
  • Print off the Move-In form to record the condition of your rental on Move-in day.
  • Pick up your key to your rental at the Office and present us with a check for your first and last month's rent.
