JOEL DUVALLPRESIDENT Management SpecialistJoel has leadership experience in all facets of Property Management and Business Administration. He first owned and operated his own retail stores.  He moved on to manage both the property and the administrative offices of a Research Triangle Park Laboratory.   An entrepreneur at heart, Joel began to invest in rental properties.  In 1995 Joel's investments inspired him to get a Real Estate License.  By 1999, Joel saw a demand for good Property Managers in Chapel Hill. and A2Z Realty was born.  For the last ten years he's managed a rental porfolio of over 100 properties and several Homeowner's Associations.  He also lists and sells Real Estate for personal homes and property investment .

      RACHEL BELL

    Office Manager
                       

    Rachel is our Office Administrator and Rentals Accountant for A2Z Realty.  She has a strong background in sales, insurance, customer service and office administration. Rachel helps manage all the details involved in maintaining our rental properties in a timely, personable manner.  She is always meticulous and thorough in all that she does.  Rachel is a constant positive support to all our property owners and tenants.

    ANGELA WRIGHT
    H    OA Specialist

    Angela helps manage all of our Homeowner Associations records.   Angela came to us with a strong background in customer relations and financial management.  She is responsive to any neighborhood issues or concerns that may arise. Angela effectively helps our Homeowner Association Board of Directors communicate their covenants and by-laws to their community.  She assists in the accurate accounting of each Homeowner Association's expenses to insure they stay within their budget.

    HEIDI MANIK

    Property Asst. and Special Projects

    Heidi serves as support staff to Joel, Rachel and Angela.  She addresses any projects or special circumstances that arise for both our rental clients and Homeowner Associations.  Heidi created and helps maintain our website.  She previously worked  as an Assistant Assignment Editor for a television news station and as a Litigation Paralegal.
